Alice has worked in the licensing industry for 9 years, the last 5 in the toy category, and the last 3 at Warner Bros.

Whilst at Warner Bros. Alice has signed up Tomy for Harry Potter and worked on the development of a range that contributed to bring the brand back into the top 15 properties in NPD. Alice has also expanded the master toy license from Character on Scooby-Doo from EMEA to North and South America.

More recently Alice was assigned retail management responsibilities working closely with Sainsbury’s, Asda and Toys R Us to develop cross-category in-store promotions.

Alice’s favourite brand is Thunder cats because she always wanted to be Cheetara.

Tom has eight years marketing experience working on iconic brands and has been with Warner Bros. since 2010. Looking after all marketing and retail marketing for WBCP UK Tom has worked on projects such as the launch of the Mystery Mansion, Scooby-Doo fanclub and Harry Potter: A Magical Experience at The London Film Museum. Tom is also responsible for all B2B marketing for WBCP’s vast range of brands.

Tom’s favourite brand is ThunderCats, not only the original series as it was an integral part of his 80s childhood, but also the new series which takes all the essential elements of the original and then updates it for 2011. The toy range from Bandai is fantastic and sure to win the show a new legion of fans.

Rosemarie has 15 years licensing and promotions experience and has worked with a large portfolio of hugely successful brands and properties targeting a broad range of demographics. Rosemarie has been with Warner Bros. for nearly six years and is currently managing Promotions, Food and Personal Care. Rosemarie has developed and licensed live shows for Butlins, Haven and Pontins, worked on key ATL advertising campaigns such as Speedy Gonzales Virgin Broadband, BT Gremlins and EDF Waltons, recently secured a Europe-wide partner on Looney Tunes confectionery, and the Nail Inc Gossip Girl special effects nail polish range launches in the UK this Autumn.

Rosemarie’s favourite character is Scooby-Doo, as he too is rocking his 40’s, loves his food and is always on the move! Scooby-Doo’s popularity never fails to amaze her, appealing to young and old alike and is creatively huge fun to work with.

After completing a successful internship Alice returned to Warner Bros. in summer 2010 after completing her retail degree. Alice supports Tom on all marketing activity as well as being the brand ambassador for Scooby-Doo with a particular highlight being the launch of the Mystery Mansion at Battersea Dogs Home with Jedward at 6am. Alice also manages day-to-day relationships with George at Asda and Primark supporting Caroline on this part of the apparel business.

Alice’s favourite brand is Harry Potter and cried when the final film was released. She has been a fan of the property from when the first book was launched right through to the multi-billion dollar brand it is today. Alice will be first in the queue at Leavesden to see the franchise live on.
